So often it is the training budget that is the first to go. People are regarded as a cost not an asset (whatever is written in the annual report!).

Breakthrough Customer Service

This workshop breaks the myths that surround customer service by allowing participants to discover the critical requirement to build clarity and engagement in every customer facing team member, and by providing the practical tools to make it happen.


Theory to Reality Suite

Many superb books on leadership and management have been written in recent years. Too often, however, these books make great reading but nothing more. There is no link to practical application.

The Theory to Reality Suite consists of four workshops that examine the excellent theories put forward by four authors and focuses on how to apply the learning to drive excellent performance.

In each case participants will be sent a copy of the relevant book, to be read in advance of the workshop.

'Good to Great' by Jim Collins

In this workshop we look at the lessons Jim Collins and his research team learned when examining the common traits of those organisations that have achieved sustainable greatness, and we explore how to apply those lessons in a practical and absorbing way.

'The Ultimate Question' by Fred Reichheld

Fred Reichheld's approach to measuring customer satisfaction is stunning in its simplicity. He breaks through the myths and complexity and drives it down to just one question, which can be consistently measured over time, and which is supported by clear actions to improve service. We provide a framework in the workshop to practically apply the theories in any organisation.

'Gung Ho!' by Ken Blanchard

This book has been around awhile but still is as relevant today. In this workshop we explore its simple messages for creating the right cultural conditions to drive superb performance and unlock potential, and we create action plans to practically apply the learning.

'The Speed of Trust' by Stephen M R Covey

Stephen M R Covey's book provides breakthrough evidence that where trust is high there is a direct link to economic results. We examine that evidence in this workshop, and provide a practical framework to build trust in any team or organisation.
